Bob Etzel President
Before founding this company Bob was the President of another training company TRA, for 12 years. At the time, this was the number one company in the United States training on advanced communications technologies. They trained about 40,000 students a year. Bob and the executives listed below left that company to form Applied Learning Solutions.
Bob is also on the Board of Directors of the University of Kansas e-Design Lab. They are part of KU Center for Research on Learning. The CRL has pioneered work for 25 years in helping children with learning disabilities. Over 1.2 million people are employed by companies offering e-Learning courses that Bob is responsible for developing.
Before starting his career in education Bob was an executive at SBC in St Louis. There he was active in the City as a Park Commissioner, Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Leadership St Louis and the St Louis Track Club.

Jerry Griggs Vice President Marketing Sales
Jerry has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry with AT&T, SBC, and TRA. While employed by AT&T and SBC, he held executive positions in Sales and Marketing including Regional Sales Manager. This included years of focusing on the communications needs of state governments and health care institutions.
While employed by TRA Jerry held the position of Director of TRA Training Partners. He was responsible for creating the Agency Program which included partnering with Sun Microsystems, IBM, Agilent, Element K, and British Telecom.

Mike Clark Vice President National Accounts Marketing
Mike brings more than 37 years of multi-firm, Fortune 500 experience in the learning and communications industries. During his extensive career, he has held positions with diverse leadership responsibilities while providing customer and professional services on a global scale.
Mr. Clark is one of the most respected learning consultants in the communications industry. During the last 13 years Mike was asked to develop very specific training for dozens of "C" level executives from the largest communications companies in the world. Two CEO's have attended courses he's helped develop (both CEO's requested and attended more of his classes). He has also developed curricula taught on a broad scale to thousands of network technicians and engineers.
Mike has worked with corporate training personnel on some of the largest training initiatives in telecom. For example about 300,000 people are employed by companies who use e-Learning that he has helped develop and deploy.
